Finding the right size
There are no standard collar sizes. As a result, we strongly recommend measuring your dog's neck to ensure the right collar size.
Measuring tips: measure your pup's neck with a soft tape measure, pulling the tape snug but not tight. If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler. Allow sufficient room to slip two fingers between the collar and your pup's neck.
How to read the charts: width and length are the collar's own measurements, end to end, not a neck size. Measure your dog's neck as above, compare it with the lengths below, and email us at contact@richdogue.com if you're between sizes.

Harnesses
There are no standard harness sizes and every dog's body is shaped differently, so we recommend measuring your dog for the perfect fit. Use a soft tape measure, pulling it snug but not tight. Chest girth is taken from behind the front legs, around the widest part of your dog's chest. The neck measurement is taken from the widest part of the neck (harnesses sit lower than collars, so this will differ from your dog's collar size). Allow room to slip two fingers between the harness and your pup's body. Contact us for harness measurements.
Caring for exotic leather
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth after wear.
- The goatskin backing is water-resistant, not waterproof: it shrugs off a splash, but please don't soak or submerge your collar. If it gets wet, wipe it dry with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents and perfumes on the leather.
- Store flat, out of direct sunlight, to preserve shape and colour.
- Check the buckle and D-ring periodically for secure fit.
