Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. Every order ships insured, and a signature is required on delivery for orders over $250.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free on every order, insured, via USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 5 business days). USPS Priority Mail Express (1 to 2 business days) is available for $35. Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours (weekend and holiday orders ship the following business day), and you'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for items that are unused, unworn and unaltered in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Customers pay return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item. Please email us for a Return Authorization number before sending anything back. Harnesses are one of a kind and final sale; email us your dog's measurements before ordering and we'll confirm the fit.
What's included with my collar?
Each piece arrives with its Rich Dogue tag and a care card. Collars ship flat to preserve their shape.
What is the hardware made of?
High-grade stainless steel, in gold, silver or iridescent pink finish. Each product page shows its finish.
How do the AirTag dog collars work?
Our AirTag tracker collars are designed to discreetly hold an Apple AirTag (not included) in a leather pocket on the collar, combining style and peace of mind.
Are your crocodile dog collars made from real crocodile leather?
Yes. Our crocodile dog collars are made from 100% Grade A premium crocodile leather and backed in premium goatskin.
Will my collar look exactly like the photos?
Every collar is one of a kind. Natural exotic skin means no two patterns are exactly alike.
Which exotic leathers do you use?
Grade A Nile crocodile, South African ostrich and water snake, each backed in goatskin and finished with high-grade stainless steel hardware.
Will a Rich Dogue collar suit a French bulldog?
Our muse, Doris, is a French bulldog and models our collars. Collars come in sizes XS to L; measure your dog's neck and see the size guide to choose.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe: all major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Can I see a piece in another size or finish?
